Routing

Apollo was designed and built to deliver bandwidth between London and New York and bandwidth between Washington DC and Paris via two linear paths. This architecture was implemented to support Apollo's customers in the creation of robust n+1 networks. Apollo operates four cable stations in three countries, one in the United Kingdom, one in France and two in the United States. This design maximises the route separation of Apollo's submarine cables giving Apollos' customers the security of full diversity.

Our principal access points are at the following addresses although wavelengths to major European and US cities can be delivered if needed subject to availability;

We also provide cable station access to a number of customers. This allows them to manage their own backhaul or to interconnect with other submarine cable systems landing at or in close proximity to Apollo. Cable station interconnection removes the need to backhaul capacity to city centres.
